Sunday March 6th, 2011
11am-6pm

Location: Machine Project

RSVP only, limit 20.

You can RSVP here: freestylezazenkai.eventbrite.com

In an effort to awaken the human biological machine, several meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced, including formless zazen sitting, Tibetan tonglen (sending & taking), Toltec recapitulation, and Fourth Way self-remembering. Come prepared to attempt the quite difficult tasks of emptying the conscious mind of its contents, following the inbreath and outbreath with opposing century counts, turning the source of attention on itself, and walking backwards all the way around Echo Park Lake.
