This class will make a ginger syrup and root beer concentrate to add to sparkling water.
Ingredients will be provided and you will be invited to take home your own jars of syrup to continue the experience outside Machine (please BYO jars!).The ginger ale will be made with ginger, sugar, and water. You are also welcome to bring your own sweetener. A few other select essences will be available to personalize your flavor. The syrup also make an excellent tea. The root beer will be made with sassafras root bark.
Consider giving a jar of beverage syrup to family members for Christmas! It’s the gift without end because few people will actually open a dusty jar of dark thick fluid with a homemade label and add it to sparkling water.
