Come down to Machine Project Thursday, February 19th for an evening of tarot deck making and reading.
Amy Von Harrington, artist and tarot deck maker, and Marty Windahl, tarot reader extraordinaire, will discuss the history of tarot, the elements of deck-making, then lead participants through the crafting and customization of their own tarot cards and decks. Finally we will collectively read each others cards, guided by Marty’s expertise. You are encouraged to bring your own mediums (magazines, construction paper, etc.) for truly custom deck construction, but supplies will be provided at the workshop.
