Kamau Patton and your very own Mechanical Ghost
Hi there,
We’ve been having a great time with Kamau Patton’s show up in the gallery (mystical cubes! divine geometry! the solar system! sparklers!) so we’re happy it’s up for a few more weeks. Come by and see it! The gallery is open on weekends from 12-5pm, and weekdays by appointment, just call ahead.
Because Halloween is approaching and we have yet to be spooked by a single ghost (maybe it’s been too sunny?), we’ve decided to take matters into our own hands and offer an Animatronic Ghost Workshop this Sunday. Based on a project featured in the special Halloween edition of MAKE Magazine that comes out this month, you’ll be building your very own pulley-and-motor-driven ghoul to scare your neighbors with.
