March is going to be busy with Kelli Cain and Brian Crabtree in residence. They will be teaching classes, performing music, constructing robots and organizing lectures. Here are some highlights, all events are free unless otherwise noted.
march 10 1pm: dorkbot
march 10 8pm: a congenial evening of music with tehn and daedelus.
march 17 2pm: ezra buchla constructs a camera obscura consisting of the entirety of machine project.
march 17 8pm: on recapturing, a musical gathering with ezra buchla, corey fogel, erika anderson, brian crabtree, and friends.
march 23 8pm: towards demystification of the modern computer – a hands on lecture/demo. learn to count in binary, help build a calculator out of relays.
march 30 8pm: opening of cadillac beach (limited edition), an installation by peter segerstrom.
march 31 8pm: a not yet determined musical experience which we expect to be nothing less than extraordinary.
april 6 8pm: k.cain and b.crabtree present their most recent mechanical installation, a work in progress.
