Party + magic show, Art workers, a Monster Workshop, and iPhone class
Our friend and LACMA curator Charlotte Cotton is moving back to England! We’re sending her off with a party on Thursday, Sept 24th at 8pm. Please join us for a brief touching farewell from Charlotte, a magic show, booze, and more. More info -> http://www.m.loc/engine/go/party
Then on Saturday night, Sept 26th at 8pm, Julia Bryan-Wilson will be having a release party for her new book, “Art Workers: Radical Practice in the Vietnam War Era”. Featuring a short presentation about the book by Julia, a manifesto reading led by the Journal of Aesthetics and Protest, and a reception with music programmed by special guest DJ George Baker.
