Sauerkraut Workshop – Ingredients List
Please bring these ingredients and tools with you to class!
The Sauerkraut portion of Krautfest 09 begins at 11am.

Tools to bring:
Cutting board
Knife
Large bowl
Beer bottle or other bottle (to mash the cabbage down into the bucket)
Ingredients:
3 heads of cabbage
5 tablespoons of non-iodized salt (sea salt)
