Video Production Intern wanted
We’re looking for an unpaid Video Production intern who has experience with recording, digitizing and editing miniDV footage.
The Video Intern will:
– document Machine Project events and exhibitions using our HD miniDV camera
– edit these videos into clips that can be posted on the web
– publish videos to the Machine Project website, www.m.loc/engine, as well as be responsible for uploading new content to our profiles on media sharing and networking sites like Vimeo and YouTube
Requirements:
– some previous experience with editing video (via class, professional or amateur work) is mandatory
– must have your own editing set-up — we can provide a hard drive, but you’ll need your own editing software and computer
– experience with HTML and building webpages is very helpful but not required
