The use of Camera Obscuras can be traced back to 400BC and has both mystified and educated humans ever since.
For two weeks in August, Machine Project will be transformed into a Camera Obscura by Los Angeles artist j.frede. Visitors will get to see the lights and shapes of the busy street outside projected into the gallery, and interact with the project using small handheld screens.
