  • David Tudor's Rainforest IV
    All this weekend, Casey Anderson is teaching a workshop in David Tudor’s Rainforest IV installation. We still have a few spots open, register here!

    At the end of the class on Sunday, December 5th from 4-5:30pm, the Machine Project apartment will be open for a brief exhibition of the projects created during the workshop. Stop in to the gallery and we’ll show you where to go.

    On Sunday December 5th, we’re teaming up with Cinema Speakeasy, the Echo Park Film Center, and KERNSPIRACY to bring you a Typography Joyride, featuring a potato-type workshop at Machine (5pm, registration required), followed by a screening of the new film Typeface by Justine Nagan at the EPFC (7:45pm, tickets can be purchased at the door).   • Electric Eel players
    Registration is now open for our new Build and Play an Electric Eel Synthesizer Workshop with Noah Vawter from MIT’s Media Lab. The Electric Eel is a portable hybrid synthesizer instrument with a built-in sliding generator. The first class meeting is next Saturday, December 11th.
