Torreya Cummings of San Francisco presents THE END, a dramatic reading of a partially crowdsourced text about hauntings and the “hinge state”: the moment when you know something has ended, but before it is firmly laid to rest in the past. With props. See a ghost, notice the end of the year, and think about endings in general.

Following Torreya, a performance by Park Detail’s Band, which is Chris Cohen (Deerhoof, Cryptacize, Curtains) on drums and Yasi Perera on many other non-percussive instruments.

Called ‘the ancients’ by the combined lasting- and lostness of their contributions: places given over to the admiration of interactions observatories, baths, and in the subcontinent dedicated to plants and plant-conciousness guest houses where the solists who wander there can occasionally meet to share scenes and remember to not neglect their bilateral symmetric- humanity

Eyes now seeing the first building in months a guest house left by the ancients with some failing instruments house-piano and house-drum-set for the wanderers to touch even if remaining in plants-moved-by-wind meditation
