Dear friends,
This is the final week of our latest storefront transformation The Eyes are Always There, by artist Joe Merrell. Through phantograms, 3D animations, hypnotic videos, and a series of extraterrestrial scents designed by the Institute for Art and Olfaction, the exhibition delves into the border between the known and unknown, where lived experience encounters the inexplicable – inspired by the widely publicized 1961 alien-abductions of Betty and Barney Hill. If you haven’t paid a visit, there’s still time this Thursday through Saturday from 7-10pm, free and open to all.
Come back Sunday, March 13th at 8pm, for our very special closing ceremony Sights Unseen, featuring readings of strange and terrifying first hand accounts of UFO encounters, read by the inimitable Phillip Littel. Hope you can join us!
Love,
Machine
